Model 2430D PCI Advanced Digital Single/Dual Stream Bit Sync
The new Model 2430D is an updated version of the proven Model 2430 series bit synchronizer system, delivering an entirely new "best in class" level of performance in a compact range capable rackmount design. It's new all-digital design has been specifically designed to maintain a "drop-in" compatible replacement for, or side-by-side compliment to, both our Model 2430V and 2430P units. The Model 2430D is also a "drop-in" replacement for most other brands of rackmount bit sync, at a price that will surprise and please you. Available in both single and dual stream configurations, the 2430D provides maximum performance in a minimum of space, while providing both substantially better performance and reliability.
Built in a compact 3.5 inch chassis, the Model 2430D comes in configurations containing one or two of the recently introduced Acroamatics 1611P All-Digital Bit Synchronizer cards that operate at up to 40Mbps, in ALL CODES. Available options include: Viterbi decoding and Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT) and Frame synchronizer , and support for QPSK and similar advanced quadrature encoding scheme resolution. In addition to standard codes, the uniquely flexible architecture of the Model 2430D allows Acroamatics to provide additional code processing on special order. Equipped with a built-in 6.2" TFT LCD display, the Model 2430D provides convenient front panel setup, and display of both parameters and status.
Remote monitoring and programming capability is available via serial and Ethernet interfaces. An embedded processor provides nonvolatile memory storage for setup programs. Acroamatics supplies a Windows compatible graphical user interface for use with the serial and Ethernet remote control interfaces.

New Advanced Digital Bit Sync technology has allowed the creation of an entirely new class of high performance range bit sync. In the new Model 2950P, Acroamatics introduces a 4 u (7 inch rack height) high density (to 16 channels!) multi-stream bit synchronizer with noise, stability, all-around performance and all of the features to insure the ability to meet the most complex and demanding range operating environments. Up to 16 independent Bit Synchronizers per chassis. Tunable data rates of 8 Hz to 40 MHz, all codes. Processes all IRIG standard and randomized codes. Independent PCM encoders with selectable internal/external clock/data inputs, each channel offering the option of Viterbi, Frame Sync/Verify, and full feature Bit Error Rate Test functions. Bit error performance: better than 1 dB of theoretical, in all modes and at all discrete operating frequencies! 8" LCD touch-screen front panel set-up/monitor, with separate LED bit sync status indicator panel.

The Model 1611P Digital Bit Synchronizer is the next generation of Acroamatics’ renowned family of tunable, high performance range quality bit synchronizer products. Its fully digital design incorporates digital gain and offset control, FIR filtering, a digital phase locked loop, and numerically-controlled clock reconstruction. Implemented with a leading-edge FPGA, the new design results in a reduced part count, increased reliability, higher performance, better stability, and enhanced versatility for custom and future requirements.
The 1611P is tunable to accommodate rates from 8bps to in excess of 40Mbps (All codes) and supports the full range of options and customizable features users of Acroamatics bit sync products have come to expect. An on-card processor provides status of input amplitude, offset, synchronization, and even card temp and critical supply voltage status to the host interface.

Acroamatics standard Bit Sync GUI programs all 2430D, P, and V units - or any combination thereof - over a network. The same GUI can also program 1601P, 1611P, 1501V, 472M, and 474DM cards that may reside in a Model 2900P TDP, 3020P TDP or Acroamatics 2440V, 2650P, and new 2950P Multi-Stream Bit Sync Instruments.

Model 2602 32 Mbps Best Source Selector
The Model 1602P is a non-invasive, Best Source Selector, as opposed to a stream Combiner, as many systems that are advertised as BSS systems truly are. The Model 2602P accepts input from multiple sources of mission telemetry data, continuously evaluates real-time PCM frame validation quality of all sources and, using operator specified strategies, automatically selects and routes the "best” sources to system output(s) for further processing.
Why a Source Selector as opposed to a Source Combiner?
Setup GUI and operational displays are provided by companion 1u dual slide deployable LCD display and keyboard. Status is also logged to disk for post-mission analysis and reporting. The 2602P is available in three Models configured for 8, 16 and 24 data sources. Options include Remote Status Display Panel , and the option to include up to 12 streams of Acroamatics new Advanced Digital Bit Synchronizers.

Model 2680P AGC Data Logging System
The Model 2680P AGC Data Logger is a stand-alone system configured to monitor the analog AGC outputs from thirty-two telemetry receivers. The AGC voltages are sampled using a National Instruments PCI-6033E DAQ card, which includes a multi-channel programmable A to D. The A to D has 16-bit converters with a composite sampling rate of 100K Samples/Sec and input voltage range of ±10V. The system also includes 2 rack mountable interface panels, cable adapter board with a rack mountable enclosure, and the cables necessary to connect these to the PCI-6033E card. IRIG time code option.

As a Legacy product, the Model 2440V is supported in limited production for current customers only. It is recommended that customers consider the updated Model 2650P Advanced Digital Bit Sync unit as a fit / form / functional replacement for the Model 2430V. The Model 2430D offers complete remote software compatibility and operationally identical functionality and connectorization along with enhanced data rate, noise, and life cycle performance benefits.

Model 1601P 32Mbps PCI PCM Bit Synchronizer
The card contains four selectable inputs, and programmable filtering for optimum data recovery. Sophisticated phase-lock-loop (PLL) circuitry synchronizes a clock to the incoming signal to extract digital data from the PCM input. This circuitry produces NRZ-L Data and Clock outputs for use by your PCM format decommutator or similar equipment. The programmability of both the PLL and the input filters allows the optimization of the bit synchronizer performance in high-noise environments.
The 1601P is tunable from 8bps to 32Mbps (NRZ codes) and provides encoded PCM output for analog tape recording. The on-card processor provides status of input amplitude, offset, and synchronization to the host interface. The 1601P can host an Acroamatics 472M Mezzanine Bit Synchronizer, providing two bit synchronizers in a single PCI slot.
